CITY OF LAKEVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />February 19, 2019 <br />Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City <br />Hall. After a moment of silence, the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was given. <br />Members Present: Mayor Anderson, Council Members Volk, Wheeler, Hellier and Lee <br />Staff Present: Justin Miller, City Administrator; Elliott Knetsch, City Attorney; Jeff Long, <br />Police Chief, Paul Oehme, Public Works Director; David Olson, Community & Economic <br />Development Director; John Hennen, Parks & Recreation Director; Charlene Friedges, City <br />Clerk <br />3. Citizen Comments: None <br />4. Additional Agenda Information: None <br />S. Presentations/Introductions <br />Director Brenda Visnovec presented the Lakeville Liquors 2018 Annual Report. <br />Ms. Visnovec introduced representatives of Summit Brewing and College City Beverage, <br />who presented a donation in the amount of $870.00 to the Lakeville Yellow Ribbon Group. <br />John Hennen presented the Parks & Recreation quarterly report. <br />6. Consent Agenda <br />Motion was made by Hellier, seconded by Wheeler, to approve the following: <br />a. Check register review <br />b. Minutes of the February 4, 2019 City Council meeting <br />c. Lease Renewal with EREP Heritage Commons I, LLC for the Heritage Liquor Store <br />d. Resolution No. 19-15 calling a public hearing on the certification of delinquent utilities <br />e. Resolution No. 19-16 closing Heritage Center Project Fund and forgiving the <br />repayment of a loan to the Liquor Fund <br />f. Solar Subscription Agreements with ReneSola Power Holdings, LLC <br />
