CITY OF LAKEVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />June 17, 2019 <br />Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City <br />Hall. After a moment of silence, the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was given. <br />Members Present: Mayor Anderson, Council Members Volk, Wheeler, Hellier and Lee <br />Staff Present: Justin Miller, City Administrator; Andrea McDowell Poehler, City Attorney, <br />Jeff Long, Police Chief; Paul Oehme, Public Works Director; David Olson, Community & <br />Economic Development Director; Jerilyn Erickson, Finance Director; Daryl Morey, Planning <br />Director; Charlene Friedges, City Clerk <br />3. Presentations/Introductions: <br />Pan-O-Prog representatives Greg Hagerty and Vince Goodwin provided an overview of this <br />year's Pan-O-Prog festivities. <br />Arenas Manager Shayne Ratcliff presented the Lakeville Arenas 2018 annual report and <br />proposed 2020 budget. <br />6. Consent Agenda <br />Motion was made by Wheeler, seconded by Hellier, to approve the following: <br />a. Check register review <br />b. Minutes of the June 3, 2019 City Council meeting <br />c. Renewal of on -sale liquor, club liquor, wine, 3.2% malt liquor, on -sale brewpub, off -sale <br />brewpub, taproom and small brewer off -sale malt liquor licenses effective July 1, 2019 <br />through June 30, 2020 <br />d. Extension of liquor license premise at EI Parian Mexican Restaurant, 17557 Glasgow <br />Avenue, to include an outdoor patio <br />e. Resolution No. 19-63 awarding contract for South Creek at Hamburg Avenue stream <br />restoration, Project 19-06, and Resolution No. 19-64 authorizing funding <br />f. Ordinance No. 1012 amending Title 5, Chapter 1, of the Lakeville City Code repealing <br />requirements for dog licenses <br />
