CITY OF LAKEVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />July 1, 2019 <br />Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City <br />Hall. After a moment of silence, the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was given. <br />Members Present: Mayor Anderson, Council Members Volk, Wheeler, Hellier and Lee <br />Staff Present: Justin Miller, City Administrator; Elliott Knetsch, City Attorney; John <br />Kornmann, Deputy Police Chief, Paul Oehme, Public Works Director; David Olson, <br />Community & Economic Development Director; Jerilyn Erickson, Finance Director; John <br />Hennen, Parks & Recreation Director; Daryl Morey, Planning Director; Charlene Friedges, <br />City Clerk <br />3. Citizen Comments: None <br />4. Additional Agenda Information: None <br />5. Presentations/Introductions: Jerilyn Erickson presented the Finance Department mid- <br />year report. <br />6. Consent Agenda <br />Motion was made by Lee, seconded by Volk, to approve the following: <br />a. Check register review 6/19/19 and 6/28/19 <br />b. Minutes of the June 15, 2019 City Council retreat <br />c. Minutes of the June 17, 2019 City Council meeting <br />d. Resolution No. 19-70 approving the final plat of Cedar and Dodd Second Addition <br />e. Award contract for Lift Station 10 improvements, Project 19-11, accept quote for <br />pumps and panel, and approve easement agreement with Hoenck and Anderson <br />f. Reject bids for Lakeville North High School parking lot improvements <br />g. Resolution No. 19-71 ordering preparation of an engineering feasibility report for the <br />2020 street reconstruction project, and accept proposals from Braun Intertec and WSB <br />for professional services <br />h. Resolution No. 19-72 authorizing the temporary closing of city streets for Pan-O-Prog <br />events <br />
