<br />CITY OF LAKEVILLE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> July 18, 2019 <br /> <br /> <br />Chair Kaluza called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City <br />Hall. The pledge of allegiance to the flag was given. <br /> <br />Members Present: Chair Pat Kaluza, Vice Chair Scott Einck, Jeff Witte, Jenna <br />Majorowicz, Brooks Lillehei, Jason Swenson, Paul Reuvers, Ex-officio Mike Lamm <br /> <br />Members Absent: Karl Drotning <br /> <br />Others Present: Daryl Morey, Planning Director; Frank Dempsey, Associate Planner; <br />Kris Jenson, Associate Planner; Christina Orlowsky, Project Engineer; Daniel Licht, The <br />Planning Company; Penny Brevig, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />3. Approval of the Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />The June 20, 2019 Planning Commission meeting minutes were approved as <br />presented. <br /> <br />4. Announcements <br /> <br />Mr. Morey stated that for Agenda Item 5, Gliori CUP, an updated Exhibit F showing <br />bituminous surface for the parking lot was distributed at tonight’s meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Morey stated that the following items were distributed at tonight’s meeting for <br />Agenda Item 6, Summer’s Creek: <br /> <br /> July 17, 2019 Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources Committee meeting <br />motion <br /> Revised preliminary plat plans <br /> Suggested wording for an additional stipulation (#16) <br /> <br />st <br />Mr. Morey stated that the August 1 Planning Commission meeting will be cancelled <br />due to lack of agenda items. <br /> <br />Mr. Morey reminded the Planning Commission about the bus tour taking place July <br />rd <br />23 at 5:00, which will include City Council, Planning Commission and City staff to <br />tour transit oriented mixed use developments in three Twin Cities suburbs prior to the <br />Corridor Mixed Use (CMU) land use designation being added to the City’s Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />th <br />Mr. Morey indicated that a letter from the Met. Council was received on July 17 stating <br />that our 2040 Comprehensive Plan was finally deemed complete. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
