CITY OF LAKEVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />September 3, 2019 <br />Mayor Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City <br />Hall. After a moment of silence, the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was given. <br />Members Present: Mayor Anderson, Council Members Volk, Wheeler, Hellier and Lee <br />Staff Present: Allyn Kuennen, Assistant City Administrator; Andrea McDowell Poehler, City <br />Attorney; Jeff Long, Police Chief, Paul Oehme, Public Works Director; David Olson, <br />Community & Economic Development Director; Charlene Friedges, City Clerk <br />3. Citizen Comments: None <br />4. Additional Agenda Information: None <br />5. Presentations/Introductions: <br />Chief Long presented the Police Department quarterly report. <br />6. Consent Agenda <br />Motion was made by Wheeler, seconded by Hellier, to approve the following: <br />a. Check register review <br />b. Minutes of the August 19, 2019 City Council meeting <br />c. Minutes of the August 26, 2019 special City Council meeting <br />d. Agreement with Kevin Casey, LLC for grading of mountain bike trail skills area <br />e. Accept quotation from KELTEK Incorporated for Police Department mobile router <br />modems, and Resolution No. 19-99 amending budgets <br />f. Findings of fact and conditional use permit to allow construction of a detached <br />accessory building located at 11103 181st Street W. <br />g. Findings of fact and conditional use permit to allow building/structure height <br />exceeding 45 feet at Recycle Minnesota, 8812 215th Street W. <br />h. Agreement with Xcel Energy for installation and maintenance of Donnelly Farms trail <br />lighting <br />i. Agreement with Friedges Landscaping, Inc. for Aronson Park field #8 relocation <br />
