<br />CITY OF LAKEVILLE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> September 19, 2019 <br /> <br /> <br />Chair Kaluza called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City <br />Hall. The pledge of allegiance to the flag was given. <br /> <br />Members Present: Chair Pat Kaluza, Vice Chair Scott Einck, Brooks Lillehei, Jason <br />Swenson, Karl Drotning, Jenna Majorowicz, Paul Reuvers, Ex-officio Mike Lamm <br /> <br />Members Absent: Jeff Witte <br /> <br />Others Present: Daryl Morey, Planning Director; Frank Dempsey, Associate Planner, <br />Zach Johnson, City Engineer; Penny Brevig, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />3. Approval of the Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />The September 5, 2019 Planning Commission meeting minutes and Planning <br />Commission work session minutes were approved as presented. <br /> <br />4. Announcements <br /> <br />Mr. Morey stated that the September 18, 2019 Parks, Recreation and Natural <br />Resources Committee draft motion regarding the Airlake Station First Addition <br />preliminary and final plat was distributed at tonight’s meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Morey stated that if neither agenda item at tonight’s meeting is tabled, the October <br />3, 2019 Planning Commission meeting will be cancelled. The next meeting is <br />scheduled for October 17, 2019. <br /> <br />5. City of Lakeville <br /> <br />Chair Kaluza asked City Engineer Zach Johnson to present the 2020-2024 Capital <br />Improvement Plan (CIP). <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson reviewed the goals and objectives of the CIP and indicated that the CIP’s <br />components include transportation, utilities, environmental resources, parks and <br />recreation, facilities, equipment and technology for the years 2020-2024. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson reviewed the CIP map, highlighting the more significant projects and the <br />specific year each project will be completed. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson stated that many departments contributed to the preparation of the CIP <br />and he thanked them for their efforts. <br /> <br /> <br />
